Terms of delivery
In the online store "sauliussoap.lt" you can order goods at any time of the day, any day of the week. When ordering goods, you can choose the most convenient delivery method for you: we can deliver the goods to your home or the nearest post office.
The price of delivery of goods throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania depends on the weight and value of the goods you purchase. This price is quoted when placing an order. The goods are delivered to the specified address or to another place convenient for the buyer.
*Parcel delivery to the Kuršių nerija - additional €22. fee, which must be paid separately.
Delivery of goods takes 2 to 4 working days after your payment and the money is credited to Saulius Gausas account.

The goods are delivered to the buyer using the "Venipak" express mail service, or through any other delivery courier authorized by us. When accepting the goods, the buyer must check the package and the condition of the delivered goods. After receiving the goods and signing the package delivery documents without comments, it is considered that the items in the package are in order, the package was delivered in order, and none of the parties to the relationship have any claims regarding the goods in the package. If you do not take these steps, we will not be liable for:
1. damage to goods, if the basis for such damage is not a manufacturing defect;
2. inconsistencies in the composition of the goods, if these inconsistencies can be determined during the external inspection of the goods.
Goods weighing more than 30 kg are delivered only to the recipient's home.
At the time of delivery, the buyer must present a document proving personal identity. If the person collecting the goods does not correspond to the data we have about the customer, or if it turns out that false and untrue data were provided during the registration on the website, or the person collecting the goods is under 16 years of age and has not acquired legal capacity at the time of delivery, we have the right to refuse delivery goods to the customer without any legal consequences. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies made during data entry, so we recommend that you fill in and recheck your registration data and delivery address very carefully.
DELAY IN DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS:
We do everything possible to ensure timely delivery of ordered and paid for goods. However, delivery delays may also occur due to circumstances beyond our control or due to unforeseen circumstances. Neither we nor our nominated shipper or carrier can fully guarantee that the purchase will reach you exactly within the predetermined delivery period. Also, we are not responsible for any consequences that may be caused by the delivery of the product later than the standard delivery period indicated on our page. All risk of loss or damage due to the date and time of delivery of the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
